I've been learning to code for around 5 years now. I started with HTML like everybody but eventually landed on Python and I have loved it ever since, although recently I'm looking into other languages, technologies, and frameworks besides Python. I really have a passion for command-line tools as well as backend development.

Introduction

So you are probably wondering what Learnist is, right? Well, let me tell you! Well, it is the all-in-one solution to your studies! Learnist helps you have your schedule, classes, homework, and much more all in one place, and more coming soon! This is an MVP meaning, everything isn't there yet, and expect bugs. You can read more about Learnist below!

Note: This project was made as part of the Hashnode x PlanetScale Hackathon

Inspiration

Learnist is highly inspired by students who have a hard time remembering and managing their time, and homework! It is also inspired by the apps, My Study Life and Classify.

Features

Learnist is in no way complete, yet, but here are some of its features as of now:

  • Adding, classes to your schedule
  • Adding, updating, and removing homework
  • Create, update and delete ToDo's
  • A Dashboard with your schedule and a calendar
  • Advanced search for homework(classes coming soon)
  • Easy to use UI

Roadmap

I have plans to improving Learnist. Some of the things I hope to bring soon are

  • Teacher accounts
  • Updating, and Deleting Classes from schedule
  • A pomodoro timer
  • Integration with Google Calendar
  • Inbuilt note taking
  • and much more...
